Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website. I currently live in Seattle, Washington, but I’ve also lived in Portland, Los Angeles and Palo Alto. I’ve been fortunate to spend considerable time in Barcelona, Madrid and London too.
Professionally, my focus is the growing field of “Customer Success,” which involves helping customers get the most out of products and services (generally in a "Software as a Service" context) and, in doing so, ensuring that my employer is successful. I currently work at Rave Mobile Safety, the leading provider of Public Safety software solutions and now a Motorola Solutions company. Prior to that, I worked at Nuance Communications. I like roles that combine a variety of skills, including account management, project management, sales, customer service, technical support, product management and analytics, and Customer Success offers all of that.
In my free time, I enjoy photography and nearly all types of music. I also love cinema and try to attend as much of the annual Seattle International Film Festival as I can.
My sports loyalties lie first with Stanford University (gentle reminder: it’s the Cardinal, not Cardinals!), and then with my local university, the Washington Huskies. I also support Seattle’s pro sports teams.
Finally, as a confirmed Hispanophile, I’m interested in all things Iberian.
